Hey ! I would like to know if it’s possible to create landing pages without page builder ?
Is it possible to have only one landing page template and use it for several pages ?
Am I need to use metafields ?

you can customize your home
Go to Sales Channels → Online Store → Themes. On theme, click Customize. Now in the top bar you can select which template you want to use. For a main page, choose home page. From this theme editor you can add/delete/modify sections and that’s how you build a page without 3rd party page builders.
You can also use one template for multiple pages. For example, you can create custom page template and assign it from Online Store → Pages to selected pages.
Metafields are also possible solution, but it might be a little confusing and I recommend sticking to page builder in your theme. There may be different/better solutions depending on what results you want to achieve.
I’m creating page 1 and assign template 1 create section put some stuff in. Can I creage page 2 assign the same template 1 and change the content so that it’s different on both page ? or I have to create a template for each pages ?
You have to create two different templates in that case.
There is an other better way to work to don’t have a template for a page ? like the default template ?
Every page by default has a template assigned to it (default is default template). You can customize template sections as you like.
