I have a single storefront on Shopify.
I am thinking of starting two other stores (two unique domain names going to those two storefronts). Can I create two other storefronts on a single Shopify account?

No, you can’t. You’ll need separate accounts for each store as the domains can’t be separated, nor can the payments. You’re welcome to link the two on the website itself if they are connected, but you will still require individual admins for each.
