Can I customize my hero image for different device views?

Hey guys,

I was hoping someone could tell me wether or not its possible i can customise my hero image to shows the image size resolution differently on desktop and mobile and also customisable to show different positions of the image in mobile and desktop.

I hope that my attachments can convey what i wish to customise.
