Shopify Payments is not available in India, so you’ll need to enable a supported, third party payment gateway for your store. We have a page devoted to helping you find a good match for your business at this link here.
When it comes to your current Shopify Payments account, I’m going to recommend that you reach out to our Live Team for support with your account using this link. They’ll be able to authenticate you, and advise on any next steps for you to take in regards to your account.
