I have two step authentication enabled on my account. The authentication app set up to receive code. I have used up all my 12 digit recovery codes and i can’t log back in I wasn’t aware they were only good for on use.
Is it possible to turn off the two step authentication in order to access the account and reset my authentication app?

I understand you’ve used up the 12 recovery codes and as a result, are unable to log into your account and reset your authentication app.
In order for our team to further investigate and disable two-step authentication, the account owner will need to contact support through the Shopify Help Center. You can create a support request through the help center by logging into your store (or selecting I don’t have an account) if you’re unable to log in. From there, you can select a topic from the ones provided and on the following page, scroll down to Get Support to view our available support options.
