Hello,
I would like to duplicate an already existing email marketing campaign. Is this possible? If so, how can I achieve this?
Thanks in advance for your help!
A user asks how to duplicate an existing email marketing campaign in Shopify.
Initial Solution:
Problem Identified:
Working Solutions:
Via Shopify Email App (recommended): Access the Shopify Email app directly (not through Marketing/Campaigns section) where a duplicate option is available.
Via Shopify Flow App: Duplicate the automated workflow, then add a new ‘Send Marketing Email’ action and select a previous email as template.
Alternative Method: In Shopify Email app, click Create campaign > Recent emails to reuse previous campaigns (though availability of this option appears inconsistent).
The discussion reveals confusion about where duplication functionality is located, with the key finding being that users must access the Shopify Email app directly rather than the general Marketing/Campaigns interface.

Yes, it is possible.
To duplicate an email campaign in Shopify:
I hope that this helps!
There is no ‘Actions’ on my campaign to do the next step - is this not possible once the campaign has been sent?
Or if it should be there, where on the page is it?
There must be an easier way, but I was able to duplicate/re-use my campaign email by duplicating my automated workflow in the Shopify Flow app. From there, I could add a new Send Marketing Email action and select a previous email as my template.
I inconsistently was able to do this from the Shopify Email app by clicking Create campaign > Recent emails. I also saw the option to create a template from an existing email a few times, but I’m not sure what triggered it.
Had the same issue and I found the answer. You have to go into Shopify email app. Not Marketing or Campaigns - which I think is stupid. In there you will have the option to duplicate email.
