Can I enable a 3rd party shipping app on my plan for free?

Would like to seek for advice regarding to “3rd party shipping app” -

  1. If I’m on the Shopify plan and I want to enable “3rd party shipping app” feature, can I get it by (a) free if I switch to bill yearly? (b) add $20per month additionally? If so, how can I top up this and pay $20?
  2. how to enable the “Third Party Carrier Calculated Rate” feature in my shopify store?

If you are on the Shopify plan you can have Carrier Calculated shipping included as a $20 add-on, or for free with the annual plan. The advanced plan has CCS included. To add this feature you will need to contact our Support Team, and they will enable it.

  1. (a) Yes, its free on the “Shopify” plan’s annual billing.

  2. (b) Reach out to Shopify Support Staff at https://help.shopify.com/en

  3. Reach out to support team in either of the cases above to enable it.
