Is there an app extension to enable a shopify site for a peer-to-peer marketplace app to allow users to upload their own items, not through a CSV file?

I see multi vendor marketplace uses a CSV file for marketplace users to upload products. Do you know of another way?
Not 100% but looks like shipturtle has a dashboard for vendors. Could contact them and ask. Otherwise no don’t think there is another way with that app, but I have not used either.

All you need is to subscribe to their basic plan. You can check more about it here.
