Hello, I am reaching out on behalf of anvil beard company. I am getting charged $197 for subscriptions and I thought I had canceled two months ago. I created the site three months ago and I have made no money off of it. so I was wondering if the 197 can just be erased from my account and I can deactivate my story again? Thank you.

In this case, the fastest way to deactivate the store is to sign into the admin and deactivate it yourself. You can do so by following the steps in our Help Center here: Shopify Help Center | Pausing or deactivating your store.

I keep trying to close the store but it won’t let me due to the charges.
If there are pending billing charges on the account then you won’t be able to close the store until either the pending charges are paid, or the billing attempts are unsuccessful by the time the next billing cycle (30 days) happens. If the billing charges are not paid by the next billing cycle the store will become frozen, stopping all future billing fees.
