Hi @BobbyMacCheese , thanks for this. There’s definite scope for improvement here. The Settings > Languages CSV is the right way to export - there is not an additional export with the ability to select specific resource types within Translate & Adapt. Some tips to make managing the CSV a little easier: 1) If yours gets split into multiple CSVs (there’s a 10mb per file max) then you can merge them to make it easier to work in one place. E.g. here: https://merge-csv.com/. 2) You only need to keep in the CSV what you’re working on. The CSV functionality only makes changes to things that have been changed in column H. So you can filter and delete rows that that you’re not changing, making the upload smaller and more manageable. But noted on the desire to export by resource type, it’s on the roadmap.
For point 2, currently there is not a concept of shared values. This requires a feature like translation memory, which is not part of the app’s current scope - but again on the roadmap. The best way to do this in bulk is to auto-translate, or via the CSV. Note that, for example if you open the CSV in Google Sheets, you can use the =GOOGLETRANSLATE function, and find and replace etc.
