Can I extend my free trial if my website isn't ready?

Hi,

My free trial ends in 22hrs from now and my website is still not quite ready . Is there any way to extend this trial period?
Greatly appreciate any help if possible.

We can take a look to see if it would be possible for us to extend your free trial a little here for sure!

If you have not already had an extension to the trial period of your current store and no subscription invoices have yet been issued against this store we can check to see if it will be possible to add a few days to your trial.

In order to do so, you’ll just need to reach out for support via our Help Centre here.

It sounds as though you’re still working your way towards launching your store, is that correct?

Do you know what else you need to finish off before you’d be able to launch?

In order to provide account support such as checking your info to potentially extend your free trial you would need to get in touch via the Help Centre as outlined above.

As we’re not able to access or discuss your account info here in the Community, in order to work with you on this you would just need to reach out via the Help Centre instead.

You mentioned that you were still working on images for your site among other projects.

Check out some of our blog articles on image sizes and image optimisation to see if there’s any useful info here you can apply.

Can you tell me a bit more about your line of business and if you’re just starting out selling or if this is an existing venture you’re expanding?
