Can I extend my trial period for building an online store?

Hello, how are you?

I’m loving building my Online Store using Shopify, I liked the easy way to use the platform.

But because of my work, I couldn’t finish my store during the 14 free days.

Would it be possible to have the possibility to have a few more days so I can just finish the store?

You may be able to self-extend your free trial in your Shopify Admin. To know if this is possible, double check your Shopify Admin for a banner about self-extending your trial. If you’re not seeing this option I’d recommend reaching out to our live support team here and they will be able to look into this with you further. I’m not able to see any account details over the Shopify Community so they would be able to review things in more detail. You can follow these steps to request support:

  1. Start on this page.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Select a topic most related to your question.
  4. Continue to the support options listed under the recommended articles and guides.
