Hello, my reoccurring customer that I know in person has ordered another item from my shop. I refunded their shipping cost since I will be in the area and offered local delivery to this one person. I did not have delivery set up on my account. I do not plan on doing other deliveries. If I fulfill the order without any tracking information will my funds be released? It shows that I did the shipping cost refund and is noted on my end that I offered local delivery instead. Is that an okay way to go about this? I really do not want to have to refund their entire order and make things more difficult for them. Especially since I will not be adding local delivery to my site.
