I wanted to subscribe for just a month, it says renew on 17th but I wake up and see i have been charge today. i have deactivated my account and I want to know if i can get a refund.

As per Shopify’s Terms of Service, they do not offer refunds. But if your store was recently closed, then they may be able to offer an exception. If you haven’t yet closed the store, you’ll want to do so by going to Settings/Account OR Settings/Plans and Permissions (whichever applies to you) and selecting “Close Store” at the bottom of the page. This will close your store, remove you from active billing, and restrict all access to the account itself.
Then you should contact Shopify Support over phone, email, or chat for further support.

If you have successfully closed down your store yourself we can check to see if it would be possible to grant a refund of your most recent subscription invoice.
Once you have confirmed your store is closed you can reach out for account support via our Help Centre here where we’ll be able to access and discuss your account with you securely.
There we’ll be able to review a refund request for you and confirm what we can do in this situation!
