I brought the 3 months for £1 a month a while ago, and today it has now charged me for £25 I forgot to cancel the membership and can’t afford to pay as I am a student, I have deactivated my store, but is it possible if I can get a refund?

You can get in touch with our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
