Hi, last mouth e started a free trial, and was trying to make a dropshipping store. I gave up almost immediately, because ita was difficult than what i expected.
Today i was cheking my bank statments and i saw tha i was charged 30 euros anyway. I tought i canceld everything but apparently not.
I was hoping i could get and refound, and some help canceling everything.

We’re sorry to see you go! You will need to close your store yourself following our guide to Pausing or Deactivating your Shopify Store, after which you should contact our support for refund options.
That said, if you wanted to talk to me about the difficulties you were having with dropshipping, I might be able to help you fulfill your initial ambition of running your own store!
I think i cant close the store because i dind even finish the set up porcess.
You should totally be able to deactivate your store unless there is a pending invoice. When you received your bill, was the amount deducted from your card on file successfully?
What error messages are you seeing when you try to close your account?
Yes, the amount was deducted successfully.
I can´t cancel because i don’t have that opction on settings maybe i don’t know.
When i go to setting its goes to step 3 of 5, which is where i sotpes configuring my account.
So to to eleminbate my account i have to finish the settup first? Does make any sense.
