I have ordered an oculus quest 2 which I thought was very cheap, I ordered it and immediately after a day or so it was cancelled by the seller, I did not get and confirmation email. Can I please have my money back as this person has run off with my money, it was not even my choice to cancel I have tried contacting them and it is not working.
It says it has refunds and everything,
but they cancelled my order and did not give me my money back

In this situation if you are unable to contact the merchant for a resolution you will want to reach out to your bank or credit card provider to open an investigation. They have policies in place to help protect customers like yourself in these situations. This investigation process also flags the store on whatever platform they are using so it will be reviewed by the host as well.
