Can I get a refund for an undelivered order from HeyEilik.com?

Hi!

On January 24 I’ve placed an order (#1007) on heyeilik.com store that was hosted on Shopify platform.

I paid 181.95 EUR and got my order email confirmation.

Now it’s February 29 and I have received nothing.

Merchant doesn’t respond to my mails.

Also I’ve found out today that their store is no longer available.

There is a “View your order” link in the order email:

Unfortunately, I cannot report an issue with my order via your standard form, as it doesn’t accept this order confirmation URL format. So this is the only way I can get some feedback.

Is there any way I can get my order refunded? Because it seems like a fraud to me.

Let me know if you need more info on my case.

For example, I can send you a screenshot of my order confirmation email.

Thanks in advance.

Eugene Krupnov.

Anybody? Shopify representatives?

Can I get your attention, please?

Eugene.

Hi @MrUJey

I am sorry to hear about this situation. Shopify is not able to mediate issues with order disputes. In this case I recommend contacting your bank or card provider to open a claim against this order. They generally have policies in place for these situations.
