Can I get a refund for an unintentional Shopify store activation?

Hello, i forgot to deactivate my shopify store month ago when i was starting this store and it costed 1€, now it costs 32€ and i didn’t know about that. Please, can you return my money back?

Thank you so much for connecting with our network and sharing your question. For starters, it’s important to note that Shopify subscription charges are pro-rated, which means you are charged for the next 30 days in advance.

While Shopify does have a no refund policy in place, we get that there are some instances in which things happen and you were not able to close your account in time.

  1. To request a refund, make sure your account has been closed first to cease any future billing charges.
  2. Then, connect with our Live Team directly to have the last bill reviewed.
  3. A refund request will be escalated to our Billing Team, subject to review
