Hello, i forgot to deactivate my shopify store month ago when i was starting this store and it costed 1€, now it costs 32€ and i didn’t know about that. Please, can you return my money back?

While Shopify does have a no refund policy in place, we get that there are some instances in which things happen and you were not able to close your account in time.
- To request a refund, make sure your account has been closed first to cease any future billing charges.
- Then, connect with our Live Team directly to have the last bill reviewed.
- A refund request will be escalated to our Billing Team, subject to review
