Got billed today for my Shopify plan and I don’t plan on using my account is there any way I could get my money back because I forgot to cancel and I was just testing it out?

I’m sorry to hear you won’t be moving forward with your Shopify account. I can definitely provide some more information.
As per our Terms of Service, Shopify does not provide refunds. You can, however, reach out to our live Support team to see if an exception can be made since you won’t be using your store for this billing cycle. When it comes to reaching out to our live Support line, I’ll provide some steps here to make it easier.
- Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
- Log in (recommended) or Continue without logging in
- Select the support topic that best suits your inquiry (such as Account or Store settings)
- Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options
You’ll then be connected with a Support Advisor who can review your request for a refund.
If you’d like to give Shopify another chance in the future, feel free to sign up for another 14-day free trial (I recommend not adding your credit card information to your account, that way you won’t be charged when the trial is over if you’re not ready).
