Can I get a refund for an unused subscription?

Hi! i don t use your web-site for 2 months and fogot to cancel subscribe. can i get back my money for last month?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I’m happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, has your shop since been deactivated?

If not, you will want to ensure the shop is closed prior to requesting a refund. To complete this, you can check out our Pausing or Deactivating Your Shop document. This shares steps on how to successfully close down your shop. It outlines however, that you can:

  • Head to Settings > Plan, your Shopify admin.

  • Click Deactivate store.

  • If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.

  • If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.

  • Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.

  • Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.

Once deactivated, you can then connect with us directly to make that request. This will allow our support team to take a closer look, as we wouldn’t have access to any account details through the Community.

To connect with us, you can:

  • Head over to our Help Center.

  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.

  • Log into your shop.

  • Select one of the available support options.
