Can I get a refund for my unused Shopify plan?

I made an account on Shopify, after payment and starting my store. I ended all design and stuff to realize that Shopify doesn’t provide any payment gateways for Iraqi people so all my plans failed.

Now, I want a refund…

You mentioned that Shopify does not offer payment gateways for people in Iraq. Are you able to provide some more information as to what you are having issues with? For instance, Shopify has partnered with leading international payment providers to support your sales efforts. Your customers can pay in their local currency using their preferred payment method. You can check out the list of available payment gateways in Iraq here.

If you are having issues in regards to billing, then I suggest reviewing our Billing FAQ where you can find all of our accepted payment methods.

Thanks for your Reply, I have checked all those providers none of them from Iraq, even most all of them doesn’t accept (Iraq) while registering an account.

What I meant by my post was ( Payment providers ) . All of them says (unavailable in your country ) so how I receive my payments?

So, I decided to close my account for now… and disabled my store because after long long checking there wasn’t an appropriate wait to receive payments online from your platform for someone like me.

These methods allow your customers to pay for their orders online using something other than a credit card. You can check out our guide here to learn more.
