Can I get a refund for undelivered trainers?

I paid 190 pounds for trainers and they haven’t came the websites change and they don’t respond to me i would like my money back

We also cannot confirm if a store uses our services for hosting.

If you’re placed an order with a business, and haven’t received the product, or any shipping updates, it’s best to reach out to the business directly for new information. If you haven’t had luck via their email or the info on their website, it’s worthwhile to look for social media pages related to them that you can reach out through.

If it’s been more than 30 days since you’ve placed the order, and you’ve not received the shipment or any updates, then contact your bank to make them aware of things. Your bank will be able to look into the transaction, and assist you with the steps needed to have your funds returned.

If it’s been more than 30 days since you’ve placed the order and you’ve heard nothing, then you will absolutely want to reach out to your bank, so they can assist you with having the funds from the transaction returned. As online businesses are responsible for handling their orders and processing refunds, if you’re unable to get in touch with the business, then your bank can help you initiate a process to get a refund without the assistance of the shop you ordered from.
