Hi, I created my account but have not been using it, unfortunately i forgot about the subscription and have been hit with payment. Please, would I be able to get a refund as I really need the money right now.

To clarify, if your store is active on our platform, it will be included in our monthly billing schedule even if you are not using it. Please note that according to our terms of service section 5, point 10 here, Shopify does not offer refunds.
