Hi guys love shopify but something came up. Do we get a refund if we close down a shop after a few months if one has paid for the whole year?
By all means check with support but usually, no.
You received a discounted rate in return for purchasing a plan term upfront and I believe it is binding.
There have been reports of refunds for term lengths in some circumstances but this on a case by case situation.
