I paid for a domain and it does not work can i receive a refund?
You’d need to provide more details about the domain in order for anyone to help troubleshoot things. Ex. how isn’t it working, what is the domain name, where did you purchase it, etc.
To answer your question directly – you cannot receive a refunds for domain purchases.
So I recently purchased a domain through Shopify and for some reason no matter what i do this pops up. Now this is not my first time purchasing a domain through Shopify. The last time i did everything worked just fine with no problems. Is there anything that i need to change?
Are you sure that you purchased this domain via Shopify?
When I look up the DNS records, it shows as a Google domain: https://who.is/dns/pandaclothingco.shop
If you purchased the domain via Google, then you would need to edit the DNS records on Google’s end, in order to point the domain to the Shopify store.
If you’re sure that you purchased the domain via Shopify, then you may need to wait a bit longer for the domain changes to take effect, as it can take up to 48 hours for newly purchased domains to update.
