I’m helping set up a site which has multiple regional stores, on different subdomains, under a main organisation. Each local store has a different Shopify “Store Name” so we can differentiate them internally (e.g. MyStore - US, MyStore - CA).
However, order emails are using these names as sender names and we don’t want this - we need to have the sender name the same in each country (e.g. “MyStore” rather than “MyStore - US”).
Is there a way to set up emails so that the sender name is different to the Store Name? Or set up organisations to avoid this issue?
