For example, I have product A and B
I would like to have the option of buying product A, buying product B, buying product A and B.
Meanwhile when a customer buy product A and B, there will be adjustment for product A and B seperately.

In Shopify by default you can create separate 3 variants. But the inventory would be tracked for individual variants.
Variant1 Prod A
Variant2 Prod B
Variant3 Prod A and B
But there are 3rd party apps that where you would be able to create a workaround to track inventory across variants. https://apps.shopify.com/connected-inventory
