Can I hide collections from the mega menu which have no products in?

Good Evening,

I am wondering if there is a way I can hide empty categories from my mega menu if they have no products in? I do not want empty categories available for my customers to click, but at the same time I feel like it is going to be very long winded to have to delete these and reload them when I get stock to go in them.

I would appreciate any help.
