Hey there, we run a CBD Coffee company—jibbycoffee.com—and we’re interested in running a blog to a subdomain. something like stories.jibbycoffee.com.
So my question is—is that possible? Can I connect a subdomain on my Shopify site where my blog lives, but that still has the same analytics as my main Shopify store?
The reason for doing this is because advertising CBD products for sale is still not allowed on Facebook or Google, and a common workaround we’ve seen competitors do is to run their ads to a separate blog (on a different subdomain), that has no CBD products for sale. For example, populum.com runs their blog on stories.populum.com/.
