Can I link a WordPress countdown page to my domain on Shopify?

Hello

I have created a countdown page with WordPress, which is also currently running under the final domain. If I now add this domain to Shopify, can I still link to the WordPress page until the final launch?

Hi @squirrel700

If you move the domain to Shopify your previous WordPress website will not be accessible unless you add another domain to it and link that instead.

Do you mean it like this:

  1. domain 123.com is added to Shopify
  2. I create the countdown page on 123.com/countown
  3. i link 123.com to 123.com/countown in Shopify

Have I understood this correctly?

123.com/countown in that case would be hosted exclusively on the Shopify website, not your WordPress website.
