I operate my business out of my home and want to offer local pickup options for customers, but don’t want to display my home address publicly. I want to have a placeholder name and address such as “[City Name]” or [Major Intersection] with instructions to text me for the full address for pickup. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Local pickup option appears on checkout page. If we are using shopi1 or any free version then we cannot do any customization work on checkout page instead we can do with shopify Plus.
If you want the option on other pages then let me know or share the store URL.
Thank you for the information. I have Shopify Basic Plan right now, and it looks like I can customize theme settings on the checkout page but not the actual content.
