Is there a way to manually send notifications to customers? I have a few customers reach out to me saying some emails are going to spam or not being received, one being “ready for pickup” notification. I know these notification go out automatically but it would be really nice to resend something if the customer didn’t get it, lost it, or just needs something for reference.
When I was using WooCommerce there was just a dropdown menu that I could just select any notification and just resend it with a few clicks, just wondering if Shopify had a feature that did something similar.
