Can I manually translate third-party apps for my online store?

Hello, I am new to Shopify and many third party Apps do not support my language (german) which makes them impossible to use since I can’t have random pieces of english language in my store.

Can Apps be manually translated (just the text pieces that will be shown on my website) ? Where would I be able to access the code?

No, I was asking about manually changing the text/language a customer would see when interacting with an app since some apps do not support my language and would confront my customers with english text on my website. Seems like it is easiest to just contact the app creators and have them change the text the customers see if it can’t be done in the app interface.
