Yes you can definetely do that. Shopify accepts credit card payments and custom bank deposits.

Any theme (Paid or Free) works, you just have to work on adding your products, uploading images, adding prices etc on the theme.
There are mutiple apps that does social media, photo edits etc but I recommend first just learning the basics of theme customization in Shopify.
There isn’t a single app that will fullfill all your needs you just have shop the apps and decide which ones to keep and which ones to remove.
Most apps give you free trial so you can see if that fits what you are aiming to do.
The second option is to have a developer build the website for you (including edits of your images) and then you handle the social media for advertising.
