Can I modify 'Sold Out' and 'Sale' banners and remove currency in Dawn 2.0?

I’m customising Dawn 2.0 to use as my website but I’d like to move the ‘Sold out’ and ‘Sale’ banners on products I’d like to move them and change their colour. Is this possible to do? I am also technically challenged! I also would like to remove AUD off all my store prices as I only sell In Australia and this isn’t displayed in my old theme
