Hello I just need to know that if i remove a video on my site that i will be able to add it back on with no issues?

You could try using the visible/not visible feature on your section within the theme editor. If you set the video section to not visible and click Save, it will NOT appear on your website. It will still be available for quick change if you want the video to be seen in the future though.
When you upload a video file to your site it will be saved to your Files folder inside your Shopify store. You can access those files by going to Settings → Files. (Note: when you are building out sections, your theme will pull directly from that Files folder for you when you select a video/image in your theme editor.)
