Should you require account-specific support or need to speak with a human, then you can type in “advisor” in that same chatbox.

Your links don’t work! I have unsuccessfully being going back and forth for 2 hours with a robot! Years ago I was able to speak with someone directly. Is there an email or a callback number that can assist me with my issues???

If you are able to access the AI-powered chatbox then the links are definitely working as expected.
As per my last reply, you can type in general questions right into this chat and for any questions that require an agent you can type in “advisor” or “agent” right into the chat. That will connect you with a live chat representative within minutes.
