Can I recover my website after a basic subscription payment?

Hello, I made the payment to subscribe. But I just read that thats not enough. I will need ‘basic’? I can’t seem to get it to work. My whole website is gone after I made a 5$ payment. Can I still get it back, it took me so much time..
