Can I remove the buying button for my product?
I want my customers to see the product but cannot click on it to buy, I also don’t want it to show out of stock, I just want it to be there but just cannot purchase it.
Is it possible ?

Yes it’s possible.
You can disable the atc/buy now button from product template settings.

I cannot find the hidden button as you mentioned 
Let me know if you guys need it to be converted into English, but most of the major titles are in Eng so yeah let me know.

You can hide those buttons by following this.
- On collection page: Fron Online Store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings > Product card, toggle to disable options
On product page, from Online store > Themes > Customize > Products > Default product, disable Form buttons block
