I paid for a theme but close Shopify can I retrieve it

To provide the best advice possible, can you confirm you’re looking to get a theme refund or transfer the theme to another Shopify store?
Please note that themes are considered non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. Therefore, they are non-refundable and final sale due to copyright licensing. That is also covered in our Terms of Service.
