Why is it that I can’t find and answers online or a way to actually contact someone in support. I am trying to start a boutique and would like to know of it is possible to run multiple stores on a single POS system. If anyone could get back to me. That would be great.
I cannot answer your question but have been working with this service for the past several months. I have been using the starter plan to see what can develop before trying a higher package. It has been frustrating as live support is very limited at this low level. As soon as it looks like I will be able to build customers I plan to move up and if support is not better I will have to find another e-commerce host. There are just not enough options for the starter out there and ebay or esty does not provide the flexibility I am looking for. Hang in there if you can. Every transaction has gone flawlessly for me and the reporting at the starter level is just what I need to pay my taxes. So there are pros and cons here. Hopefully you will get a response soon.
