I need a total revamp of my website. Adding SEOS, organizing my products into the RIGHT categories, deleting some categories , etc. I want to let a girl have access to do it all but can she get in and see all my sales- customers- change my password so I can’t get back on or delete my store? I need her to be able to do everything she NEEDS to but I’ve been scammed sooooo many times- I’m scared. How can I give her access without any major info?

From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Users and permissions. Click Add staff. Enter the staff members’s full name as it is displayed on any government-issued ID, and their email address. Do either of the following: Select which permissions you want to give the staff member. Click Send invite.

You can add her as a staff with limited permissions/access to your store so that she can complete tasks in your Shopify admin.
By default, staff have no permissions and need to be given permissions. Permissions determine the level of access that your staff has to your store. Shopify will ask you what all permissions to grant to the staff while you create the staff account.
