Can I sell on Shopify without integrating Shopify payment gateway (not supported in my country) or third-party payment gateways, but use or activate manual payment method only? TIA

Yes, absolutely! There’s no obligation for you to accept credit card payments online, either through Shopify Payments or a third-party payment gateway. You can enable manual payments on your store and that can be the only method through which you accept payments if you wish.
Can you tell me what you plan on selling on your store? Why do you prefer manual gateways?

Thanks for the clarification. We plan to sell general items and its just that our targeted consumers mostly prefer the manual payment method.

Okay, great. You can just accept manual payments if you wish and if you decide to, you can always enable other payment gateways on your store as well in future.
