Would I be able to send a invoice even if my store Is not live yet ?,

If your store isn’t live yet and you’re looking to send an invoice, then you can create a draft order and email the invoice to a customer. However, while you can create draft orders without requiring your store to be live, your store will need to be subscribed to a plan in order for the checkout to be active and start processing orders.
