Can I separate email campaign subscribers from pop-up subscribers?

I will be creating an e-mail collection campaign in search ads. Once I collect the e mail I want to automate a series of emails to go out to the subscribers. Can I keep these subscribers separate from the pop up subscribers that get a different set of e-mails from privy? I don’t want new subscribers through the campaign to get bombarded.

Yes you can use different forms to signup to this campaign.

Or you can use klaviyo for this.

Klaviyo will fetch all the your existing users from website.

and will create automation accordingly.

When I am building an automation I can set a condition of only a specific campaign name and only those subscribers will get the email?

You can set tags to subscribers and will send that email only for those subscribers who have that tag.
