Can I set a same sub domain for all markets?

Hi,

I have 5 markets, and they all shared with one primary domain - www.thedrchen.com, and the primary language is Chinese.

I want to setup a sub domain for all 5 markets - www.thedrchen.com/en, which the language will be English, and vistor from different market can enter through it for English and with corresponding currency.

I am not sure if I can, and how to set this up? Looks like I cannot set it with the same primary domain.
