My shipping settings allows for parcels. But I can’t seem to find a setting for envelope delivery. I would save a lot of money if I could deliver my book by envelope instead of the parcel setting. Can a set an envelope choice in the basic app?

You can save your preferred package types on the Shipping and Delivery settings page in your Shopify admin. Until you add a package, Shopify will use a sample box to calculate shipping rates at checkout.
Package requirements might differ for domestic and international shipments. For more detailed information, visit the carrier’s website. However, envelopes are supported, except with Canada Post.
To save a package, you can follow these steps:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
- In the Saved packages section, click Add package.
- In the dialogue, enter the required information about the package.
- Optional: To make this package your default package, select Use this package to calculate rates at checkout. This setting is automatically enabled for the first package added to your store.
- Click Add package.
