Can I set certain items as unavailable for pick up in the Dawn theme?

Hello,

Is it possible to set some items not available for pick up but some other items are available pick up? Instead of everything is available pick up?

For example some pre order items are not avilable for pick up but some in stock items are available for pick up?

Have you tried setting it up? Or do you want to add a product tag so that by default, some products with the tag will show unavailable?
