I am doing business on shopify online in UK. But I am currently living in Saudi Arabia; from which address do I create GMC for UK.
Can i create from Saudia Arabia for UK ads?

Your Merchant Center should have your business address, which implies the address that you have registered for your business. If you are selling in the UK and shipping products locally, you can mention that in the shipping details.
